Shipping Process
Our shipping process consists of two main components: Handling Time and Transit Time.

Handling Time: All products require production, so our handling time is generally between 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Transit Time: After your order is processed and dispatched from our warehouse, the delivery typically takes 7 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
Estimated Delivery Time: 8-11 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary due to factors like weather or courier delays.

Shipping Method and Tracking
We primarily use USPS for shipping. Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partner. All shipments come with tracking, and you'll receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is dispatched.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Delayed Packages
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may sometimes occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen factors. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we'll help track and resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Send an email to support@soofthelabel.com with your order number and photos of both the damaged packaging and the items. Our team will assess the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at support@soofthelabel.com. Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our Return & Refund Policy.
