Thank you for choosing Soof The Label! We are committed to delivering a seamless and supportive experience. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and clear return and refund process to give you peace of mind.
30-Day Return Policy:
We accept returns within 30 days from the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in the original packaging. Please include the order confirmation or packing slip with your return.
- Return Eligibility: Items must be new and unused.
- Return Window: 30 days from receipt.
- Return Method: By mail.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fees: No restocking fees are charged.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
How to Return an Item:
To return an item, please email us at support@soofthelabel.com with the following information:

- Name on the Order

Shipping Address
We will send you instructions for returning your item and the return address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. If the return is lost and was not sent with tracking, we cannot process the refund.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. There is no restocking fee.
We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace service for safe delivery of your return.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and let you know if your refund is approved or rejected. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days if approved.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@soofthelabel.com. Send us details and photos of the issue, and we will assist you in resolving it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. To receive a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Order Edits:
If you wish to edit your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After 2 hours, we cannot modify your order.
Lost Parcels:
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will replace it and ensure it reaches you, provided the correct address was entered at checkout. If you do not wish to have the parcel replaced, we will wait 30 days before issuing a refund, in case the parcel is delivered later. Our customer service team will track your order and provide regular updates over the two-week period.
Restocking Fee:
There is no restocking fee.
Return Label:
The customer is responsible for obtaining the return label.

Order Cancellations:
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@soofthelabel.com. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may return it according to our Return & Refund Policy.
