How long does shipping take?
Once you place your order, we require 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) to process it.
After processing, your order will be shipped and typically arrives within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday).
Estimated delivery time: 6–10 business days.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, France, Italy, Spain, and Czechia.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders to the countries we currently serve.
Can I return my order?
Yes! You have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Are returns free of charge?
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us and we will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
For standard returns or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering the return shipping costs.
I am not satisfied with my order. What should I do?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@soofthelabel.com.
We will gladly assist you and guide you through the return process if your order qualifies for a return under our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
After placing your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.
If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact our customer support team.
I want to cancel my order. What should I do?
Please email us at support@soofthelabel.com as soon as possible.
Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, simply place a new order and return the original item for a refund, provided it meets the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking information.
If you have not received your tracking information within the estimated processing period, please contact our support team.
