30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original condition as received, and in their original packaging. Please include your order confirmation or packing slip when returning your items.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Restocking Fees: No restocking fees will be charged.

International Returns
We accept returns from all countries we currently ship to. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with returning an item.

We will send you the return instructions and address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot process a refund for returns lost in transit if tracking was not provided.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Order Edits
If you need to edit your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After this period, we are unable to modify your order, but you may return items following our return policy.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost during transit, we will assist in replacing it, provided the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. If you prefer not to replace the parcel, we will wait 30 days before issuing a refund in case it is delivered later. Our customer service team will track your order and provide regular updates during the investigation period.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.
