Shipping Policy

At Soof The Label, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and affordably. We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure you receive your items within your preferred timeframe.

Shipping Countries

We currently offer shipping to the following countries:

  • United Kingdom

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

  • Ireland

  • France

  • Italy

  • Spain

  • Czechia

If your country is not listed above, we are currently unable to process orders to your location.

Shipping Process

Our shipping process consists of two main parts: Handling Time and Transit Time.

Handling Time: Since all products require processing, our handling time is generally between 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Transit Time: After your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).

Estimated Delivery Time: 6–10 business days (Monday to Friday).

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, or peak shipping periods.

Order Cut-off Time

Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York) for processing on the same business day.

Shipping Fee

We offer free shipping on all orders to the countries we currently serve.

Shipping Method and Tracking

We primarily use USPS and other trusted shipping partners for delivery. Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partner.

All shipments include tracking, and you will receive a tracking number by email once your package has been dispatched.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Delayed Packages

While we aim for timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to weather conditions, carrier issues, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@soofthelabel.com.

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled, but you may return it according to our Return & Refund Policy.
